For every $1,000 you donate as a sponsor you’ll receive a FREE conference attendee registration!!!  $5,000 sponsors will receive five conference registrations; $10,000 sponsors will receive ten conference registrations, etc.

We also provide the opportunity for you to donate unused conference registrations to teachers who otherwise cannot afford to attend NCASE.  That program is administered by Careers in Aviation, a national aviation scholarship and career information organization.

Sponsorship Packages and Levels

Platinum Level.........$25,000 and up

Platinum Level Sponsorship offers your company's name and logo a prominent position in the advertising of the conference as well as before aerospace industry leaders, education community leaders, and among your peers at the conference. This sponsorship includes: • A set of free conference attendee registrations as described above (one per $1000 contributed) • Two exhibit booths • 4 Banquet tickets • 1 full page advertisement in the conference program • Sponsorship recognition in conference program and banquet program as well as the web site • Inclusion in all press releases related to sponsorships of NCASE • General Assembly recognition • Recognition during the Opening Reception, Banquet, and the two morning coffee breaks • Prominent sponsorship signage displayed throughout conference area.

Gold Level.........$10,000 to $24,999

Gold Level Sponsorship provides your company: • A set of free conference attendee registrations as described above (one per $1000 contributed) • Two exhibit booths • 2 banquet tickets • One-half page advertisement in the conference program • Sponsorship recognition in conference program, banquet program and web site for NCASE • Inclusion in all press releases related to sponsorships of NCASE • General Assembly recognition • Sponsorship recognition displayed in exhibit hall.

Silver Level.......…$5,000 to $9,999

· Conference Banquet Sponsor.....$20,000

The Opening Reception is the "first shot" at presenting your company name and logo to the attendees at a conference event. This recognition will be prominent throughout the evening on serving tables and signage. This sponsorship also receives all the benefits of the Gold Level Sponsor.

· Conference Registration Bags Sponsor......$10,000 

As a Conference Registration Bags Sponsor, your company's name and logo will be seen coming and going throughout the conference and beyond….You will receive all the benefits of a Gold Level Sponsorship.

· Room Key Logo Sponsor.......$5,000

· Exhibit Hall Ice Cream Social Sponsor.......$3,000 

Your company name and logo will appear in the Exhibit Hall area through signage and will be appreciated by all attendees as they enjoy their ice cream snacks. · Internet Island Sponsor......$1,500 - This Sponsorship Taken!

We are pleased that tutor.com has chosen to be this sponsor!

Attendees will have the opportunity to use our internet and email station while attending the conference. Your company name, logo, and web address will be displayed in signage and as a screen saver as a benefit of advertising here. Your company's home page will be set-up as the default and your booth will be located next to the station to permit full advantage of the high-volume of traffic. Conference sponsorship recognition will be provided. Sponsor will receive the recognition as a Bronze Level Sponsor along with a free Attendee registration..

· Coffee Break Sponsors - Two Coffee Breaks......Each Break $1,500 

Coffee will be provided to all conference attendees, exhibitors, and sponsors during the general assembly break times. Your company name and logo will be displayed during the breaks and on conference signage. Sponsor will receive the recognition as a Bronze Level Sponsor along with a free Attendee registration.

· General Operating Funds Sponsor..... $1,000 

Your support toward conference expenses such as postage, print, labor, hotel fees, and overall conference expenses will assure the National Conference on Aviation and Space Education will continue for many years to come.
