OUR SECURE ONLINE REGISTRATION IS EASY!

Please have your VISA or MASTERCARD credit card handy, and please have an email address for each person you will register so we can send each person NCASE bulletins and last-minute changes as quickly as possible.

By registering online using our secure online registration service you will be able to register yourself and others using your VISA or MASTERCARD. 

We urge you to register using a CREDIT CARD because it automates the procedure and makes it much easier for our NCASE volunteers.  It also makes automated changes and refunds faster and easier.

If you or your organization are not able to use a credit card then other options are available.

You will register using your EMAIL ADDRESS and a password you choose.  Then you will be able to return at any time and change, update, or cancel your registration, or add more attendees or events. 

Please have an email address for each attendee registered - this permits us to send them updates and conference announcements.

TERMS and ONLINE PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS:

We request that if at all possible you pay by CREDIT CARD!
This automates the procedure and makes it much easier for our NCASE volunteers.  It also makes automated changes and refunds faster and easier.

However we know a few of you must follow your organization's procedures and pay by check or by using a purchase order. If you are paying after obtaining an invoice please print out the invoice at the end of the online registration and submit it to your payment department.  You may also use the invoice information to generate your purchase order.

Mailing information for checks is provided during online registration. We will credit your check to your registration upon receipt.

OUR CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY:

We have very liberal cancellation policies in order to encourage you to register early thus guaranteeing you space at this conference and its events! 

Regular Attendees: There will be no penalty if you must cancel your registration or any events by September 30. You will receive a full refund.

After September 30 there will be a small refund and cancellation penalty of $25 for canceled conference registrations.  And after September 30 we cannot refund Brewer Luncheon or Crown Circle reservation fees because your food order will have already been placed with the hotel.

ON-SITE PRICING also begins after September 30.
